Five things I enjoyed at this year’s Mommy Bloggers Philippines’ Mad Hatter Halloween Party

It was my first time to attend a Mommy Bloggers Philippines and  as a mom I was pretty excited when the invite stated that it would be a Mad Hatter party. I instantly thought, what would my daughter wear? It’s her first Halloween party too! Well, I’ll share more about her costume in my next post. But for now, let’s talk about the things I enjoyed at this year’s MBP Halloween.

First, the venue and the decorations. The party was held at the Mind Museum! How cool right?! Btw, they’ll be having a Science Circus starting on the 28th.

The balloon arch Okasyon Filipinas at the registration was really eye catching and vibrant. The flower balloons in front of the stage were also easy on the eye and quite unique. They set the fanciful ambiance for the party.

Next, the party activities. I enjoyed watching the kids (and my daughter too!) run around in their cute Halloween costumes. My daughter came in a Hello-Kitty inspired outfit. I saw a centaur, superman and a dinosaur among others. It is great that we have these occasions so that our kids can interact and perhaps gain more friends. They also got some candy as treats. Good thing, no tricks!

Third, the Mekeni Picnic hotdogs. I must say, they were deliciously juicy. They weren’t salty so we returned for seconds, or thirds, if there was such a thing.

Fourth, catching up with friends. We rarely get to see each other at events so it was nice to spend some time with them. Here I am with my mommy blogger friends at the Peekabooth.

Lastly, the goodies from our generous sponsors. We happily took home several loot bags of quality items from baby products to yummy snacks.

Speaking of sponsors, Mommy Bloggers Philippines Mad Hatter Party was made possible by generous sponsors and a team of mommies who love this blogging community.

Thank you to The Mind Museum who not only provided us with a venue but also made sure we had a great time by providing all day passes and tickets to their soon to come Science Circus exhibit.
